So this is technically a repost but shhhhh

So long story short, we have an ex friend that was also one of our abuser ex's friends, and we kinda said some mean shit to them when our abuser left us because bpd psychosis demons go brrrr.

We wanna apologise to this ex friend, but we don't know how because we're a little autistic thing that has NEVER been shown a proper apology in their life due to abuse from both parents and their only relationship.

How do we even go about this apology? The only contact we have with this person is on here aswell so that isn't really making it easy.

We're so lost, what do we say, what do we not say, what should we do?
