I had this issue during the first semester of university :)
I don't know if this will be good advice but it worked for me!! the first thing i did was put all my devices on do not disturb and I revised and studied for at least 1hr or 1hr and 30 mins.
what i also rec is find a way to study that fits for you, there's many methods but for me, i rewrote all my notes over and over, i read them out loud without looking at my notes which helped with remembering the content provided.
during exam weeks, i would study for man then 1hr of course but i at least try to keep a couple hours or 2 for hobbies just so i dont get burnt out!
