i really wanna get into like the marvel superhero movies/ comics slashhhh mcu? is that what its called ?

a few of my friends are really big fans and watching them talk about the new spiderman movie a few months ago and going to watch it made me curious cus i haven't seen any of the movies but i really wanna get into it (involve me) and also i wanna get more into comics!! i read a bunch of manga but not that many of like the kind of comic books people refer to when they say "comic books"...if ya know what i mean. im just eagerly waiting for my big holiday (or like summer break sort of) at the end of the year so i can laze around and do a big movie marathon :)
