I get jumpscared so easily, my dad just came in my room like he would any other time (he knocks as he opens the door, unlike everyone else who just barges in) and I still got spooked cuz I wasn't expecting him to come in. Several times, I was so in the zone and I had my headphones on and was facing away from the door so Alice snuck up on me and I almost screamed. I also sometimes forget I have Binky in my room and she likes to sleep under my bed, so when she jumps on the bed I get scared for a second. When playing horror games I'm always the first to get scared. I also once got startled by my own shadow. 😭

lol yeah that sucks x( my mom always pull pranks on me and its annoying cause she knows I'm very jumpy and iffy with physical touch
