is communism great?

When it comes to politics, I'm very mentally impaired.I never really cared about them, since I view them as games people play just to get rich, and by the simple fact that I live in Romania, it was amplified more.

However, I keep seeing on Tiktok that people have somehow switched up on communism, considering that it can save us from the "all hailing evilness or capitalism", which made me confused.We've had two communist leaders during the 1948-1989 era: Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej and Nicolae Ceausescu.They both sucked and were more dictators than actual leaders.Ceausescu was a bit better, as it stabilized the industry and infrastructure of Romania, but he wasn't any more better.They were dark times where romanians had to endure the wrath of the Communist Party who disobeyed and broke civilian rights, they had shitty living experiences and so on.

Now my main problem with it is that communism can be used as a way into manipulating the public to see you as a "potential great leader" only to get the entire state's power shove up his asshole and become a dictator.

However, I heard some good things about it, and maybe, MAYBE, if someone is educated enough to explain to me why communism can be good.Sure it won't change my view, but it would be nice if someone is willing enough to do so.
