It happened again

Since marriage my wife and I had some experiences that could be considered paranormal. We sometimes felt a strange aura in the house and things fell out of nowhere in the bedrooms, living room, etc. This happened a lot in the first couple of years, and after we got our first child.

After our second child though, things got back to normal. I even had a paranormal blog to record these events and had to stop it since nothing new occurred anymore.

Yesterday my wife and I were in a party with my sister-in-law. We started to discuss about paranormal activity, and people were shrugging like "it's just gravity doing is thing". We all laughed about it, and to be honest I believed that.

So we returned home at night after picking our kids from my mother-in-law's house, and my daughter comes over quickly from upstairs telling me her mom's desk is a mess. I asked her what did she mean, and she said everything was out of place. I told her to stay with me and proceed to tell my wife about it, and she went upstairs to check on it.

All her figurines were dropped. Part of the wood stand of the figurines was broken. I asked her if she added more weight or something, and she said not since like a month ago.

This is a hell of a coincidence, don't you think? Did we make this entity or whatever it is angry for forgetting, or even stop believing?

Am I overthinking it?
