Kind Words 2 is neat, but it also makes me wish it let me directly message and converse with people

I had recently become aware of (and just today started to check out) Kind Words 2, a sort of Animal Crossing-like multiplayer experience where you can send and receive letters (including with players of the first game!), as well as talk to others in sort of slow-paced conversations and additional places where you can drop tips and share recommendations.

I picked it up today and I have to say I'm having a lot of fun! However there are a few things that I feel could be a little nicer. For example, a place to kind of post live my thoughts (kind of like a microblog) would be cool! A twitter kind of deal where I can post something silly and read other people's silly stuff would be neat, but it would be a little hard to implement on a kind of game like this, where it isn't really meant to be a social media?

Its pace kind of matches a similar pace I'd want out of SpaceHey, however it does work a little differently than places like that and here, where you are heavily discouraged from exchanging account names / links, and it's kind of sad. Because a kind of place like this, but to communicate privately with somebody would be really cool! But it does also introduce a lot of risks, which is understandable.
