Let's Play! Pokemon Black Version Part 3: Route 2 and Striaton City

Welcome Back to this... thing here. First off, is a reply from Leafspell. Who says;

So on our way to the next town, we get stopped by our mother

She looks proud as she states look how far we've come but like c'mon, it was like a 30 minute walk to get from our house to here (actually considering it's been a week since I last posted, it makes me look a lot less impressive, so maybe she was being sarcastic idk.) but she hands us the most important item in the game, the running shoes, so now the game is actually playable.

We get some encouraging words for our journey, which I will cherish as I will never see her again for the rest of this playthrough, unless she figures out how to use a phone, making her more technologically literate than my irl mother.

we get stopped by our first trainer battle with a tutorial for how they're triggered.

This is Noir's cue to just constantly look down for her journey as to avoid making eye contact with weirdos who wants to beat her up and steal her money (at least, that's going to be the in-lore reason as to why I don't plan on documenting every trainer fight.) Unfortunately, because this her first time, we do have to kick this guy's ass. 

Oh yeah... Unfortunately, we had to put Lotusjuice (one word) down. Due to the whole not posting thing for a week, Lotusjuice's bitch-made stats, he starved to death. But in his place is our new dog, Costco, who unlike Lotusjuice, does have that dog in him, in this case, a pure-bred BULL. Costco is so MFing, GD badass that this one fight with this beta child, gains him like 3 levels and caught him up to Painthiner

After beating this jabroni up, we come across this bloke who wants to show us something cool

We accept as he jumps off a short cliff and does a pretty sick Tony Hawk Pro Skater esqe trick combo, it was really sick

After seeing this sick shit, we get stopped by Bianca, who at this point I think has developed a fetish for masochism as I beat her team again. Maybe, if she changed her strat, that'd be one thing, but she is seemingly content with sticking to Oshawott and a random stray cat she found in a black market.

We finally made it to the next city, although, calling it a city is a bit of stretch. Could you really call a place a "city" if it only consists of 6 or... 8 buildings?

It does have a trainer school, which we walk into without raising suspicions.

We do however, catch the eye of Cheren who was giving a seminar on how friendrewind has an issue with people lying about their age and how to counteract this. Unfortunately, as you can see, that besides us, nobody else is paying attention.

Painthiner not just content with whipping people also learned how to rap. I guess he feels really guilty about the previous part and wants to start having friends of the urban variety.

Cheren teaches us how to get high on berries which we will never use as we do not wish to get DQ'd at the Pokeanthelion for failing a urine drug test.

We go outside and we find our gym leader for this city.

He IMMEDIATELY intimidates by identifying our Snivy and knowing he is weak to fire. This spells out really bad news for us, since out friends so far are incredibly incompetent with type match-ups, so the fact that the first gym leader managed to detect our weak point is bad news.

Fortunately, we meet the black market vendor who sold Bianca a stray cat for an exorbitant amounts of money. As this is our first meeting with her, she gives us our first hit for free, the hit being what we need to counter-counter the gym leader. Meet Scapegoat the Pampour

We burst into the gym, and shows who's the big bitch in here, as we start to beat up the wrong gym leader.

After this we get black out and get dragged away (presumably by our Pampour dealer), into this random girl's house, who introduces herself as Fentanyl, but she prefers Fennel because she's quirky like that.

We go back to the Dreamyard to get revenge on the dealer, and we got so strong from just hitting the gym, that we're now able to cut small trees with our bare hands. I can see why the dealer wanted us blacked out now, because if we actually found her, she will just get crushed by our sheer strength! I'll demonstrate Noir's power now.

We come across these two assholes beating the shit out of this pink fetus pokemon.

And we just get so mad that Noir just destroys both of them, and they just disappear like they exploded into nothing.

The pink fetus reunites with the purple fetus pokemon, and for our trouble, we get the C-Gear, although I would prefer a G-Gear, as at least, that has games we can play, as the C-Gear was an online-only function which we can't use nowadays since the DS servers and whatnot has been shut down, whomp whomp

Anyways, that's all for today. I will be away for a short holiday this week, so don't expect a new upload for a bit, but I will ensure you, I will return with Part 4, see you then!
