liking same singer as my sis

it was in january 2026 that i saw a singer in a "New year celebration", last time i saw him was back in 2023!!!!

First time ive heard from him was in 2013 from an italian talent show called "Amici", he was in the second band ever in that show since that year they started to invite bands to perform.

So while i was havin a new year party, he came up with his newest song, i was surprised to see him, i didn't even recognize him, he was like very skinny in 2013 and now hes big and muscular , not a bad thing obviously, i just didn't recognize him immediatly!!!!

Well i got intrested in him again, mostly his band, which in 2015 he left, he did get back in the band in 2022 for a bit but he left again??? i think??? i started to listen to his old band song's and also watch some old and new interviews.

But...while i was in my bathroom with my sister, my spotify shuffle started to play one of their song (from 2014) and she looked at me with surprise, talking about "since when do you listen to them?????", then she talked about knowing everything about them but specifically...him!!!!

The reason why i know him from that show, is because through her school friends, she heard of him, saw his face and she got obsessed with him. She saw every video of him, fan edits and always talked about him, and watch your mouth if somebody said something mean about him, even as a joke!

She also believed that one of his song was about her, in the song he says that his soul mate aka "ideal woman" has red hair, yk just his type, and my sister who was 12/13 years old, delusionally believed that the song was about her, obviosly my mom called her an idiot.

In 2015 he left the band and to my sister that was worse than MJ's death, she cried for WEEKS and right after he announced he was doing a solo album, she got ok.

The band changed frontman and she hated him, saying things like "he doesn't belong there" and she eventually started to also despise one of the guitarist, i didn't know why, i had to search on the internet and apparently people believed that they had like a WAR between them, and that's the reason why he left. Well he did say there was a fight but nobody really knows what the fight was about because they didn't go on detail, the guitarist said they were both scared to loose fans, kinda sounds like absolute bs but if thats what he says....

long story short my sister in her 25 years gets pissed that i like a singer that she no longer likes (i don't believe her) if i gotta talk about everything i know about this band it will take years, but i know.....
