lowk i wanna be more social, although my autism does make it hard for me to continue conversations. I'm old enough to go to bars and stuff, but what do I do? Any advice from older people? Or should I continue being a home-body out of shyness of the outside world?![]()

Being a regular at places will help in the long run, you just gotta be consistent about it. Try and find events that interest you if your city has them! You don't even necessarily have to talk to people, like I go to hardcore shows in my city and I still don't really know many people, but being there is better than not going out otherwise. Bars are one of the worst places to meet people tbh. Libraries usually host stuff, sometimes museums do, check them out! Honestly, you could even just go to a cafe or something. Just stay consistent with it, even if it is only once or twice a month. It's all about the small things ime O(∩_∩)O
Sure thing!! I'll go to a cafe tomorrow!!
