Being a fan of older games is a NIGHTMARE especially when it’s a PC game. The consoles have by now all gotten emulators and vaults for most of their games but god forbid you want to find a 18+ Japanese Otome game (-.-)
In my case I’ve been trying to get the wonderful 18+ Otome game known as “TrickOrAlice” and the only place where I can get is on Animate Games which you need an account for….you can’t get an account if you aren’t Japanese.
I’m so serious all other links (and wayback machine) either can’t load the download link or the download link is corrupted and leads you to some scam website.
Technically there’s a UK and US IOS mobile version but let’s be fr it’s a bit of a risky thing to change your country on your Apple account especially when you’re connected with your family members, so that’s a bummer.
The game was super popular around like 2016 I think so someone NEEDS to have the file im so sure of that but no one shares it. Please I beg (TvT) if little-cheese (the creator) ever comes back and fixes the links I will genuinely start worshipping them as my god
This is my favorite character, idk his name bc I haven’t played and every site in Japanese and my translator is useless apparently. (There’s a English translation for the game BUT OBV I CANT USE THAT BC ID NEED THE GAME)

I swear I heard about this game too, one of my friends irl would talk about it quite a lot and I was like "huh, interesting." And didn't pay attention to it until later on.
Interesting to see someone mention this game in the year 2026.
I’ve been wanting it for like 1-2 years now but the website downloads hasn’t worked since roughly 2013?? That was the last time the site got updated at least if you’d visit it now. I’m just sad I can’t get it legitimately bc I’m blocked from the one website that still has it since I’m not in living Japan
