Loud music Leads to a Quiet Mind

I was working out today at the gym and turns out that loud music actually made my mind quiet. I have ADHD so my mind feels like it can be triggered into rambling at any moment. Just this morning, I woke up earlier than I was supposed to and tried to get back to sleep but couldn't cause my mind wouldn't shut up. When I have loud music, I can just focus on all the different elements that make up the instrumentals and the vocals, plus if my mind gets used to all these noises, songs always change through out so I'm always engaged. If it wasn't bad for your sleep health, I'd probably go to sleep with loud music. And I don't mean loud as in volume, I mean loud as in music that is highly expressive and intricate to the point that it feels like so much is going on(in a good way). If anyone else who thinks they might finds this useful and doesn't have a particular song in mind, try is songs in these genres: punk, rap, hip hop, alternative, synth-pop(my favourite), techno(my second favourite) and rock.
