So I think one of the most annoying things from 2022- maybe two months ago was that I’d get an idea in my head & not be able to execute it. I have so many productions where it’s not even close to being finished or I would come back to these tracks months or years later.
I think that now it’s very easy & more enjoyable to make music now though. I currently specialize in 4 genres & it took a while, but I finally understand what my style is because of what I would use so often & really getting to know my program.
I’ve been decent since 2024 & I have really great songs from 2025, but this year really showed a huge amount of growth not only when I make instrumentals, but also when it comes to vocals, it no longer feels like I’m just fucking around. I definitely still have a lot to learn, but I now consider myself great.
My BandLab page does not show greatness though. All of those tracks are throwaways & are "old".

That's good that you're growing, it'll be frustrating but when you create shit you like it'll be so worth it. patience is key
For sure
When I get my hands on an accordion & guitar & learn it, I’m about to make even better music
