Me and my gf went to a pregnancy/parenting fair but none of us wants children

So basically my mother bought us two tickets to this place we never asked for. They were originally for my sister who's actually pregnant but then for some reason she invited us too. The thing is, we showed up so late (because we were doing other stuff and honestly didn't care) that we ended up completely alone and couldn't even find them. 

The place is so dystopian like, I really don't understand the feelings these people have for children it's so creepy. Everything was about babies and "mommy and daddy stereotypes" a literal vacuum cleaner section and a dad stroller racing competition. The stands had the most bizarre phrases I have ever seen, and like, everyone was so interested like this is a literal obsession with kids!! It was so obsessive every little thing was glorified. Just clean the shit man! Change the diapers you daddy piece of fuck!! yeah how about that as a catchphrase for a stand? Sounds much better.

I also met a girl friend I had back in the day she is now pregnant. Insane. Me and my girl will never ruin our lives like that.
