Me and my girlfriend broke up i wanna date again should i?

Hey so i dont know how to start this but i guess ima start with the main reason why i made this so on march 31 this year me and my girlfriend broke up. She said she couldnt see me more as a "best friend" note im in 8th and 14 shes in 7th and 13 we started dating back in febuary cant remember what day but it was before 22 thats what i remember we been friends since 5th grade pretty much when she said she wanted to break up i didnt really mind because i had a feeling it was gonna happen soon and a  majority of her friends sucked because they claimed i stole their wife but i just like ignorred a most of them after we broke up we never unadded each other on snapchat we still have each other added and i can still see her location and i can see hers and she has been liking and reposting so much of my repost ive bee consindering texting her again but i dont know after we broke up i have been wanting to get back into dating i dont wanna be like desprete but ive never wanted  to stop dating anyone what should i do in this situlation thanks everyone -E
