meat's meat and a man's gotta eat

only two days before that cheddar rolls in.  i'm thinking of treating myself to some rolled brisket, getting out the ol' spice rub mix and cooking up some chipotle pulled beef chilli.  maybe i'll post that here.  it's been a good while since i blogged any cooking stuff.
