Medicine commercials

I hate it when medicine commercials do the thing were it lists of side effects(for example like massive brain injury, tumors, kidney failure, fingers falling off, arthritis in every area, crippling depression  and even death) but it has like happy music over it and like the person in the advertisement is dancing around like she doesnt know whats going to happen to her. Its kinda funny hearing the weird medicine names like intivio, nemluvio, skyrizi etc.
