I’m gonna be honest, I LOVE A LOT OF PROBLEMATIC ARTISTS AND BANDS. Like I fucking LOVE The Left Rights, MSI, Marilyn Manson, BOTDF Ghost Town, Say Anything, Soulja Boy, Never Shout Never, genuinely so many bands. I mean, obviously, I hate the people in these bands, so I always catch scurvy (huge fan of scurvy arghhh). I feel immense guilt whenever I catch scurvy, but if I don’t catch scurvy, I feel EVEN MORE GUILTY because I’m supporting them. Idk how to stop feeling guilty about scurvy. Does anyone have any tips to tune out the guilt?

what i did was buy the cds i listen to regularly secondhand on discogs!!! that way none of the money goes to the band(s) and you can listen to them however many times you want since playing the cd doesn't transcend money to them through the air!!!

the thing that helps me most is pirating the music so im at least not supporting them directly, and reminding myself that the artist doesnt correlate to their art unless the art is directly the artist (iygwim)
