music recommendations please!!

Ive been in the alternative scene for years now but Ive only really been getting into emo music and fashion more recently. I live in an area where literally nobody is emo or alternative or anything. So its really hard to make friends with alt people and get music inspo or fashion advice. Ive always loved every genre of music , specifically indie rock (radiohead i love themm) but its hard to find good bands especially when nobody i know has a similar music taste. i know ill probably be called a poser for this but i just would really appreciate if anybody could let me know any emo bands or songs they think would be good for a beginner. everyone has to start somewheree :3 💗
