My 3DS

The past, like, 3 days have been a bit of a rollercoaster for me 

On Sunday, I tried to alter my streetpass save data. I tried in the past, but it didn't work. I thought it might work this time, but instead of making it so I have more hats and vip, IT CORRUPTED MY STUFF!! Not just my streetpass save, but my other games too!!! Even Tomodachi Life!!! When I wanted to backup my saves, there were just question marks that couldn't be accessed!

I looked up how to fix it and I got two possibilities : work some sort of computer magic, or format my SD card and lose EVERYTHING!. I tried to fix it on my own, specifically using testdisk, as it was suggested in post I saw. I tried to use it, but not even a few clicks in and it's barely legible to me. So I decided to just go to the electronics store nearby. One guy who works there said that they've had luck with restoring corrupted data and that they would call me tomorrow (aka yesterday). Today I went to the electronics store to see if they resolved the issue. Another employee was there, and had told me that the SD card looked fine on the computer. Since I brought my 3DS with me, I was able to check the card. It was still corrupted!!! They didn't charge me thankfully (I have no money xd but I have money on my Tim's account from a gift card my mom got as a gift) 

On the way to Tim's Hortons, I accepted the fact that I would have to format my SD card and lose all progress on every game I have downloaded on my 3DS. The one I was most sad about was Tomodachi Life. I almost had everything! All the food, rooms, clothes, hats, and treasures!! And I was kinda attached to some of my miis, especially the mii of my main oc.

When I got home I saved my screenshots to a flash drive and formatted the card. Afterwards I had to re-mod my 3DS. It was a bit annoying at some points but I did it. I downloaded a theme and some games, and restarted Tomodachi Life. It felt kinda nice to restart the game and re-experience it, if that makes sense.
