My Dogs odd personality...

My Dog is a short Maltese and her name is Diamond she's a little bundle of sweetness and sunshine's.. However she being doing some very stupid and odd behavior like not in a non healthy way but she be giving me these 50 yard stares while I'm either cooking or sketching or simply just playing video games😭, besides that even when I wake up she claws all over me sniffs my face then tries to lick me and if I don't budge she dead ah be attacking my toes n fingers playfully then proceeds to fall asleep when I'm awake.. IS MY DOG NORMAL OR DUMB 😢😢
