my doodles 2. and barely frustrated complaining

i feel like every time i try to give a character some interesting facial features through asymmetry it just looks like i made it on accident and didn't notice (example below. one of the lady's eyes is supposed to be more closed than the other). i love my sketchy messy artstyle but it's a problem i can't seem to solve



also i can't remember the name i gave the lady on the right and i think i'm giving up on remembering it. would be cool if you could give me some ideas
