My favorite outfits from the met Gala and why.

so to start this off, all of this is purely opinion based and all that so like dont get on my ass about it.

Starting off with Sabrina Carpenter!! I dont quite like her as a person but her outfit was literally so stunning, IT'S MADE OF ACTUAL FILM STRIPS FROM THE 1954 MOVIE SABRINA IT'S SO CUNT AND CAMP I LOVE IT AHHHH!!! 

Emma Chamberlain, i was actually speechless when i first saw it, it is so well constructed and the colors are beautiful and the way the fabric sits makes it look just like the starry night painting.

Anok Yai, even looking back at a picture of it now i am just stunned its not just the dress that looks amazing but the way the hair and makeup blend so seamlessly to make it look like she was a bronze statue is just beautiful as well.

Grace Ling, i genuinely love this so much, the bodice and the accessories look so well crafted and look like they are made out of genuine metal and not like some crap that was sprayed with silver spray paint.

Heidi Klum, the whole outfit scares me a little but i love how it all looks like an actual statue

AND LASTLY SAM SMITH!!! they ready broke the mold with the masc presenting people at the met gala wearing the most basic ass suits, AND NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT WEARING A BASIC BLACK SUIT BUT THEY'RE WEARING A STUNNING DRESS THAT IS COVERED HEAD TO TOE IN RHINESTONES THAT ELEVATE THE DRESS AND WITH HEADPIECE THAT TRULY IS THE CHERRY ON TOP!!!!!!
