1: SOMETIMES Caffeine. A good energy drink can calm m down sometimes but there's a chance it wont so its a liiiiittle risky? Depends tbh
2: A good fidget! Depending on the situation/fidget it can calm my hyperactivity p well. I got this popsicle squishy thats apparently semi popular??? I dunno i just saw it at the store and got it not expecting much but its like a gel squish I keep in a ziplock and it does the job and when I googled it ppl were reselling like crazy 0.o
3: Rhythm games!!! If I'm just at home and I am super understimulated, turning on my pc and playing a good 10-15 minutes of somethin like project diva does the trick. All the sounds, brightness, and button pressing surely does something to my adhd brain lolz. I'm sure Mostttt rhythm games will do th trick but my favorite is project diva bc of how much there is thats going on on the screen lolz.
Can't be on meds bc heart issues so I ball/gotta do wut I can. I've been on allllll of them and stimulants work! But they make my heart rate insane :')
