My opinion on Batman’s no kill rule

I rlly like his no kill rule and I like how strongly he follows that rule for himself. He doesn’t want to continue the cycle of violence that caused his parents to be murdered. I often hear ppl upset abt it tho mainly using the Joker as an example. I see ppl say that Batman is letting more innocent ppl be killed bc of him not killing the joker bc the joker always escapes Arkham and tries to cause chaos. The thing is, that’s putting all the responsibility of keeping criminals locked up on Batman when that’s really not his responsibility. He catches the criminals, brings them to the police, it is now the responsibility of them to keep the criminals contained and unable to escape. I agree it’s a BIG problem that someone like Joker escapes all the time, that’s the fault of Arkham, not Batman. So therefore, it’s not Batman’s fault that innocent ppl are dying.
