My poem

Everyday and every night I try to just be tight,
My organs scream in pain against the cream,
I chase the shiny gold, the flashing bling so bright,
And live inside a chaotic, wild, and heavy dream.
"Who made this mess?" the voice calls out to me,
"You did, young king!" the echo starts to ring,
A costly toll to pay for what I want to see,
A wild routine that only night can bring.
But is it worth the deep and constant ache?
This strange display brings nothing but dismay,
Yet steps are taken for the money I must make,
And on the stage, I move ahead to slay.

The music ends, the final dollars fall,
The organs shout hooray, surviving through it all.
