My Top 10 Favourite Items in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance

I have just over 1000 hours in this game and these are my favourite items (subject to change):

(this is a general top 10, the numbers don't mean i think one item is necessarily better)

  1. Brimstone 
  2. Soy Milk 
  3. Mr. Dolly 
  4. D Infinity
  5. Spindown Dice 
  6. Godhead
  7. Sinus Infection
  8. Tractor Beam 
  9. Binky 
  10. Broken Modem 
(i nabbed all the sprites from the wiki)

And these are my top 10 items, so not the best items in the game just ones I happen to favour. Some might be confused about Soy Milk being on the list, but it's a really fun item and can be very powerful with the right synergies, all you need is a good tear effect or two and decent luck and - BAM - you have boss melting build.
