nfts??!?!??!??!?!?!

A few days ago I went to the museum I like and I brought my porygon binder because I wanted to show it to the janitor since he also collects pokemon.

While showing him, we talked a bit and I mentioned that I like to draw and stuff and he suggested that I do nfts. He then showed me some that he made using ai and he said that he made thousands of dollars off of them and that I should consider doing them.

I thought nfts were just a fad that died out years ago? I don't know if there's been any sort of changes to the process of making them that are more environmentally friendly. 

I don't plan on getting into crypto stuff anytime soon anyway. It does suck that a guy who seemed pretty cool is a ai/crypto bro :/
