No package :(

So after watching the Backrooms movie I went onto A24'S website and I ordered a shirt and a mug. This was well over a month ago. Both of those items were pre-order items that were set to start shipping in July.

The thing is that I haven't received any sort of email about whether they've shipped, and the last update i got from them was on June 23rd saying that my package was being prepared to ship. No word from A24 since then. There's two days left in July and my package hasn't shipped yet and I'm not very optimistic I'll magically get an email saying they're finally shipping my shit within the next two days.

Is there even a possibility that they forgot about my order??? I was thinking that maybe it shipped and I just didn't notice or it got sent to the wrong address but I checked tracking and I filled out all my info correctly, and they for sure have my email. Idk if I should email them yet about it but I'm giving A24 the benefit of the doubt with these next two days and hope they do send me my stuff I paid $63 for.

Honestly I'm not really that surprised considering the downward turn A24 has taken lately, it's still frustrating though. What do I even do?
