NOTICE! what to expect and consider before adding me

hello to every person who happened to click on this blog entry :) for those who wandered in and aren't sure what this blog entry is about - worry not! this is mostly just me putting myself out there and looking for mutuals/friends and people to talk to.

= i'm a very introverted individual and i tend to keep to myself quite a bit most of the time. i'm not necessarily someone who goes out of their way to talk to a bunch of people or constantly seek out new interactions. that being said; even though i don't enjoy talking to people so much, but.. a good conversation is always nice, and i do enjoy getting to know people once i understand we happen to click with each other!

= one of the things i don't particularly like is when people add me, talk to me for a week or month, and then completely dissappear right after. if we really are friends, i'd like there to be some genuine effort to maintain that friendship. just keep that in mind if you're planning to add me! im not expecting you to be glued on my side or to talk to me constantly, but i am in fact looking for people who actually want to interact with me and build connection over time.

= i'm not always around either, even if i appear to be online. sometimes i just leave FR on browser and go do something else, or i simply don't have any capacity to talk. please don't take it personally if i don't respond right away :)

= i try to keep things fairly laid back. i am generally calm and patient (i think), however: i'm not here to argue, bait or entertain those who push boundaries just to see a reaction and get kicks out of it. i don't like being mean very much and i'd rather not have a reason to be. 

that's pretty much all i wanted to say. other than that, i'm not really asking for anything particular. as mentioned in my profile, i do not have a DNI list; i personally find them excessively worrying than useful and not a necessarily effective way of handling things. i do use the block and unfriend buttons freely for my own sanity or if something rubs me the wrong way. don't take it personally if this happens to you, sometimes people just aren't a good fit.
