soo i saw a girlie on here who is so cool but she's older than eighteen and i dunno if she would want to be friends with someone younger than her,not by much but still,sooo do people want to be friends with people that are slightly younger than them???

It's up to her if she wants to send friend request on you.... You gotta have a conversation with her by having discussions on her blogposts and also bulletin posts then you can simply send her a friend request.
