Omnium's Song OTD [7] - I'd Rather Be Me (With You)

Hello, and welcome to Omnium's Song OTD! 

We didnt play again yesterday, I just watched my friend play FRLG.ips, very fun romhack! Today is session day for our Starfinder2e campaign Aeria Gloris!! Very excited :)

On with the show!

Today's song is one from Steven Universe (Future)!! Wow, a really sad song followed immediately by a super sappy love song. This is one of my favorites from the series, though all of the music in this show is incredible. I especially loved the story in Future, the character going through ptsd like symtoms as his body tries to adjust to everything being peaceful. Its a very fun look into what happens after the heroes save the day.

Steven Universe is still a show that impacts me creatively, a lot of the inspiration behind how my character Oscar works is directly inspired by how Steven acts in the show. I love to make characters for the universe and even roleplay as the characters on roblox with my best friend sometimes. I think it honestly shaped how I am as a person. Recently we rewatched all of it with my boyfriend (his first watch through) and a handful of other friends who'd already seen it. And god I need more SU content T.T I love this show so so much, its worldbuilding is incredible. I honestly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Umm for art I can share my two gem ocs :)

Perri, through being on Earth learns about being transgender, and is given the freedom of gender expression :) It's what leads him to join the crystal gems! He has a best friend (another Peridot) named Dotti and they were kinda forgotten about when the main fleets retreated and somehow avoided the corruption blast.. teehee  theyre kinda a dumb duo

Tawny is a Cat's Eye gem! I got the idea from the game Stevos Eras RP! She's part of a duo with another Cat's Eye named Umbra who are like sneaky secret guards who do stealthy type escort or information missions for pink diamond (Umbra is my bestie's oc lol)

This one's story wasnt long, it was mostly just me yapping about the show and my ocs haha.. oh well!
