Online friend groups

i have this one online friend group and i feel like everyone is starting to fall apart :(

i feel like theres some controversy in the group thats causing this, like one of us is really insensitive to our other friends boundries and like if someone slightly messes up with him he gets all mad and throws a fit

like ill use an example rq one time one of us were playing a game and we were all talking but whenever one guy talked (lets call him H) our other friend (we will call him O) would play soundboards over him, so H says politely "hey i dont like it when you do that could you please stop" and then O hears that, leaves call, and then blows up in his dms talking about some "oh you didnt need to air me out like that" tf are you talking about!?!?

and then there was ONE time we messed up and he blew up, so O transitioned (ftm) recently and in call one of us accidentally used his dead name (this was like the day after btw), he realized his mistake like instantly and apologized, O then crashes out and is like "no one respects me" 

like dude we love him, hes one of our brothers but i feel like sometimes he just starts shit to start shit
