oshikatsu :0

for the past few hours i've been looking into oshikatsu. especially the crafts that fans make. it's really lovely how soo many people are committed to an aesthetic with their arts and crafts, and how many people try new things for their "oshi"!!

i'm not usually into fan/idol culture like that, and i probably never will be, but i think i actually have the perfect character. she's not very popular and i've (not so silently) yearned for merchandise of her.

i love lady griddlebone from Cats. i think she's so gorgeous ... i even have a tiny photo of her on my bedside stand, and a handmade bracelet themed after her. i've ordered shiki merch from japan just to have her. i own a plushie and a figurine of griddlebone ^w^ (and in case any Cats fans see this, no, i don't want growltiger's last stand to return! at least, not in it's original state. growltiger and his raffish crew, alongside lady griddlebone are all very near and dear to my heart. i hope one day a better version of growltiger can exist)

most of all, i want to make a beautiful rosette for her! i've been looking at oshikatsu crafts for a little while now, and the rosettes stand out so much to me... maybe i should share my "oshikatsu journey" x3
