ik this isnt really any of my business because people can do whatever they want with their profile, yes, but i cant stand when peoples dni dont make sense (in my point of view ofc, ik they probably make sense for them, but i still wanna complain)
i already think dnis are the one of the stupidest things ever, cause nobody is ever gonna check your profile before liking or commenting under a post😭 plus, if you put something like "racists dni" i really doubt theyre gonna care about the fact that you dont want them to interact... just block them
i saw someone before on twt, i think, who had an intro/moot hunting post saying "right wing dni" immeditely followed by "proship/profiction dni", which for MY, i repeat, MY brain, doesnt make sense AT ALL
imo being profic is very much the opposite of right wing.....but its none of my business if theyre uncomfortable with it so i just blocked and moved on, like any mature human being should, and now im complaining about not understanding it without being a bitch about it (or at least i think, idk if i am)

Some people's dni lists are just straight up bullshit lol. I came across a blog on here one day of someone's essay long dni list and one of the dnis were "Taylor Swift fans do not interact!" I personally don't listen to TS myself but how the hell are you going to tell millions of people to not interact with you simply because they're a fan of her?? I understand people have boundaries but this is just ludicrous.

Omg this deserves two kudos because this is so true. I say someone's list say 'dni: fat phobic people' and I was like what??? How would you even know if one of your friends were fat phobic? Then their list be long as fuck, meanwhile half your best friends on here could be apart of that DNI list. Everyone doesn't tell you how their life is. I may not make sense but I agree with you.
i completely understand what you mean, yes. nobody will ever admit to being fatphobic, racist, homophobic and such, unless thyere terrible ppl both irl AND online.

Along with most dnis being for really obvious shit like homophobes and racists, i feel like its also used an excuse to not talk to people with diffetent viewpoints which isnt very nice :[
