personal post: my phone #myphone

my phone is a kyocera ky42c. i've been using it since march 2025 and i love it lots. it does everything i want, and it has survived the huge amounts of abuse i have subjected it to (mostly dropping it on concrete).

i collect phone charms. i will not show you my phone charm ball to you today, but instead the new one i got on saturday.

isn't it the perfect size for my phone? i was hoping for one with julian on the cover, but this one has the evil duchess character, so i'm perfectly happy. it opens up with a tiny vhs inside! :)

i got it after work. i was more stressed out than normal due to 1. see previous blog entry and 2. i was coming down with something, so i did a little retail therapy. i stopped into the gachapon store to see if they had anything to my tastes and they had this one thing! i had to get it instantly - not super afraid it'll sell out soon, but how often do you get a chance like this?

it was originally on one of those cheap metal ball keychains, but i have a bag of colorful phone charm straps that i rehome keychains onto so they may join the phone charm ball.

i'm really happy i got this... and i might go back for more >:)
