can anyone vouch for the process of getting snakebites? how badly do they hurt? ive been meaning to for awhile now, I got permission from my parents already and i just need to ask my manager at work if its okay since they’ll need healing time obviously, hopefully the worst the say is to take time off :p

getting them pierced isn’t actually that bad at all. id say it’s the process afterwards, especially because they’re on the lower lip. initial pain is like 3/10 but it will sting if you touch it, even more so when it’s swollen. don’t panic at a puffy lip but do question if there’s excessive bleeding/fluid. also do NOT eat anything spicy or sour. holy shit that was a tough one
id say just be extra conscious about keeping it clean because if they reject or infect it isn’t pretty. healing process isn’t that bad after week one
