sleep as you normally do without an alarm to wake you up. if you tend to wake up several times throughout the night, only stop going back to sleep once you feel rested. the amount of hours you ‘naturally’ slept is what you’ll use. whatever time you wake up at, just add the time you need to sleep accordingly to that. yay! bedtime acquired
probably doesn’t work for everyone but idk. i had severe insomnia and i managed to work this somehow
okay i promise you, this might not be what you wanna hear, but i struggle with oversleeping. but ive noticed that sleeping a proper 7 hours really helps. so about 9 hours ish before you wanna sleep take a melatonin so it can knock you out and set 5-6 alarms for the next morning. when they ring immediately get out of bed. and do this for like a week and lowkey it works

I don't know what advice I could give you.
But I remember back in 2023 I used to have a very messed up Sleeping Cycle where it's all over the place.
I managed to work it around and my sleeping cycle is all fine now.
When I managed to sleep as early as I could and then I could wake up early in the morning.
Maybe try stay up until you feel sleepy around like 8:00 PM then sleep right away.
