i went to pride today!!! sat with the palestine group in protest because it was sponsored by coca cola tho :/ BUT!! they were handing out this awesome palestine cola, super cool can and tastes so much better.

It was interesting to see the divide though. The corporate pride side was full of market stalls selling cheap pride merch, making profit and mainly being cisgender gays, allys or staff from shops. So many pride flags with M&S or Tesco logos stamped on it willy nilly. Its sad, its not a place for queer people anymore its for gay men and cishets who want to feel good about themselves. Even the parade itself was almost compeletlt devoid of trans people. Whereas the protest side had free zine tables, badge making, donation floats and free palestinian food and drink. There was even a trans football march! Its unfortunate how unaccepted trans people are even in the spaces we created, but its nice to know there will always be our brothers, sisters and everyone inbetween looking out for us, because who else if not ourselves

AND MUSCLES
have a good day!!! ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა
