Profile layouts?

Gang i really like my profile layout, but since i used one that someone else made, its kinda hard to customize

Its so awesome dont get me wrong but i would like to learn how to code so i can make my own

do any layout makers/coders in general have any tips? i have no clue where to start and i prefer to ask ppl and not evil google robot

i used to be on spacehey and it was pretty easy to understand on there, but all i did was use free code and insert images, so i think i need to upgrade my coding capabilities......

please send advice! itd be awesome
