Mood: happy but tired
I am still shocked by myself even 2 months later that I.. MANAGED TO .. ACTUALLY RUN AND FINISH IT???
On 21th April I ran 400m individual challenge, I registered and trained just two weeks before the race lmao, not enough time for someone who havent run in YEARS, which were sprint races too, I ran max 200m 400 sprint was crazy.
While training, my first ever 400m time was 1:49.93... which is... BAD, but it was still under 2min!!!
MY FINAL TIME....
1:29.22 !!!
I managed to be faster by 20 seconds... Look.. Its not good time but its also not bad either :DDD While training I had best time 1:49.93... SO I WAS FASTER BY 20s !! Really proud of these legs! and lungs.... plus I started to train just 2 weeks ago.
God I almost passed out at the end, the adrenaline was off, I saw black spots, my legs all jelly and the leg cramps were SO PAINFUL I NEVER EXPERIENCED IT 😭😭 I felt like i am dying.
Everything was worth it for free 0,5l beer 😙
I used to run sprints back in elemetary, being back on track was so good.. kinda inspired to get back to eat and sprint again. Of course if Im gonna have time :/
NEXT YEAR IM TRYING AGAIN!! With new goal... get sub 1:20s :DDDD
