Man it's summer, and hella hot, but I've got a craving for some soup. Ive posted recipes on other sites, so I thought id do that here as well. Now most of my recipes are not things I specifically created they're just what I do when I make the food. Anyway yea I'm bored and hella hungry so heres a miso recipe.
Ingredients (this can vary depending on what you wanna add but these are the main ones) -
*4 cups stock (normally made with Dashi/fish stock but can chicken or vegetable can also be used)
* 2-3 tablespoos miso paste (I prefer white miso)
(I usually also have tofu seaweed and green onions and also occasionally I'll put in some beef)
Directions-
* in a pot bring your stock to a boil
*once heated pour a small amount of stock into a bowl or cup and mix in your miso paste until dissolved (you can do this in the pot but I think it's easier if you do it like this)
*then reduce your heat to low and add the miso paste mixture
* then stir in whatever add ins you want and let it simmer gently for about two or so minutes
