Recordings

So, I like to record calls with people, not for any sketchy reason, I just want to keep them forever, they're fun conversations and I want to look back on them, sue me, anyway screen recording doesn't work for discord or whatsapp, probably others too but those are the main apps I use to call, and I didn't figure out that it doesn't pick up call audios until I already had many hours of calls recorded, so now they're all silent, I don't want to delete them tho, so does anyone know how I can get the audios back? or do I give up and delete them? And for future use, does anyone know a way to record calls? Also my screen recording came with the phone I didn't download an app for it, I've also used it for other stuff and it picked up audio fine, so it's just calls it doesn't work for, is there a setting for that? Someone help me I want to immortalize my conversations with other people
