Regarding my last blog (fun account idea)

Ok so I rlly want to make this idea a reality but I'm not sure what direction to take it. Should it be js an oc page and I interact with ocs from other worlds or characters in a set story with guidelines but more interactability and cohesion since its in the same world?

I had an idea for a small town full of mysteries and I'm a wannabe journalist named Gwen Pawthorne (Or Hawthorne if she's human) that has a sister that goes missing and I'm trying to figure out what happened to her.

Not sure what you guys want to do. There could ofc be multiple communities (this isnt original after all) so feel free to start your own set story or a one off oc account if you please.

I want to hear your feedback and ideas so ik what direction to take this and what account to make, thanks :)
