rejections

I've always loved.. well, love. I think its a beautiful thing, that knows no bounds.

race, sex, sexual orientation, in some cases, age.. (unless it's a minor and adult.) it doesn't matter.

you could fall inlove with anyone.

but that doesn't mean they'll fall inlove with you back.

and sometimes.. thats just how the cookie crumbles.

and thats okay!

Just because they don't love you in that way doesn't mean they don't love you in other ways.

you and them will eventually find people, and maybe even go on double dates! or other things!

a rejection isn't a death certificate for a friendship. 

and sure, it'll suck for awhile, but im sure they'll still want to be your friend.

trust me, ive been there before.

my advice for this? don't let heartbreak consume you! it sucks!! if you DO sulk about it, id suggest talking to other friends, or even this person who rejected you to explain how you feel! eating ice cream and crying about it is NOT what it's cracked up to be. (well.. in some cases, it is, but it's really just better to talk about your feelings instead of just letting them simmer in your head.)

if you have lost a friend from this before, thats not your fault. and it NEVER will be. thats just their loss!
