Sacramento is an RPG story made by the channel Balela and the DM is Calango [a youtuber I follow for a while] and by watching the RPG, I was deeply in love with the story and so the world building that differ for me from other western media: is a mix of my culture and the "cowboy" views etc etc.

And since my irl friends aren't that into RPG boarding games, I spent my time watching the sessions and making my own characters for this world... by now I'm obsessed with them haha.

Luzia Onório

A woman born in a lucky position compared to the poverty, daughter of the mayor of a small community, Luzia was treated like a golden child. Allowed to do anything she desired, including hunting birds to please her father, she has a large variety of hunting skills, sharp tongue and even sewing her own "cloth inventions".

Although, this privilege wasn't just due to status. The mayor was always a kind hearted man of few rules, after the death of his lover birthing Luzia, he became more vulnerable. The lack of self preservation and naivity for old friends, the man was easily manipulated by the sheriff of the small village to give Luzia's hand in marriage as sooner as possible.

Friendship, debd and rooted secrets, the mayor accepted the proposal without much complaints. Luzia, on the other side, grew more rebellious once this deal was made during her teens years. Decided to prove her true value each day more to prevent being married, taking care of the village finances, preventing robbery, caring of the vulnerable... and gradually falling more and more at the saloon drinks.

As the alcohol was now a good friend, was too a liar. Luzia was laughing and drinking with some good hearted individuals that were spending their week at the same saloon, before she knew it, she was already kidnapped by those people. Tied and dizzy for the alcohol, the brunette still managed to get free and fight... before collapsing alone in the middle of dark roads.

Fernando

A blond man that already was making his leave from this same so village found a massacre mid-sight the road. Among bodies, blood and horses’ terrified footprints, a body panted while tightly holding a pocket knife.

Fernando already met Luzia before, but as he helped her... he had his own proposal. Run away as long she helped him in his outlaw duties and arrive to the city of Velho Osso, a hidden place where living is worthy. 

Their story

This is veeeeery little of their story. It is something I'm still developing and far from done since I didn't finish the RPG yet lolz.

But those characters are made to discuss the ideology and norms of gender. Both aren't cishet and, yes, their identity and self discovery are part of the plot. I want to debate how long the boxes of gender can be pushed between such time period.

Plus, the plot of Sacramento is sooo good and I wILL find a way to fit in their story.
