rodion from limbus company is an interesting character and i wish the fandom paid more attention to her

rodion is unfortunately a quite forgettable character due to her canto not being.. very good to put it simply. it didn't have much to offer in terms of delving deeper into her character besides her backstory and her desire to be perceived as "special".

she stuck out the most to me, mainly because her struggles mirror mine so i might be biased whenever i talk about her. however, the lack of recognition she gets within the fandom lies in the fault of the canto as i mentioned before. 

her relationship with sinclair is the most interesting part to me. she saw this timid, grown man (well, he's in his early 20's and the youngest) and her first instinct was to basically act as a mother towards him. i do believe that their relationship is genuine, but the likely reason she started the relationship and maintains it is because of her need to feel special. it's like "hey, look! i'm protecting this timid and traumatized man! don't i deserve a reward?" type of thing if you get what i mean.

as the story progresses, we can slowly see her turning from someone akin to a smothering mother to someone like an older sister who teases, but still cares. which is a major improvement for her character, and it gives me slight hope that KJH hasn't abandoned her..
