Well, I thought that this concert would be better than it was, but I still had a good time. I didn't know that Fran Moran & The Nervous Wrecks would be playing; they were good and fun. They played some of their own songs alongside some covers.
Billy Bob Thornton and The Boxmasters. I looked them up beforehand and thought it would make for a decent show. And it was...when they weren't singing. I don't know if it was our seats, his mic, or just his voice but I just couldn't bear it. The instrumentals were good by themselves; they had some good solos in-between lyrics. Back-up vocals were good and did save some moments when they kinda muddied his voice, lessening the impact.
I also saw an opossum and a coyote on our way back; I really thought that the opossum was about to walk in front of the car, but it stayed to the shoulder. I love opossums.
