school dont care about anything except attendance

tell my why the whole of last year i came into class but did no work the whole time and dint study but passed all my exams but the year before that when i actually put in my all and studied i didnt pass ONE exam even though it was an easier level than last year but THIS year my attendance was even worse but every time i showed up to class i knew exactly what we were doing but because my attendance was below 20% they DIDNT LET ME DO THE EXAM like i SWEEARRRRR if they let me do it i wouldve passed like its js all about attendance its all they care abt
