Sensory issues and such

Hey loveys  This might be such a random topic, but I'm curious. Does anyone have sensory issues? What kind do you have (or someone you love)? Have you ever tried to do anything that's actually helped?

I can spend a good bit of time picking out different textures from food to make it more sensory friendly. I also blend up misc things that are mostly smooth but have some chunks in it (like queso). It helps my daughter a lot, too.

I remember growing up and having the same issues, but I was told to eat it or make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. (I always loved pb&js) As a momma who gets it, I don't mind cooking without certain things or going the extra bit to make it enjoyable the best I can. Sometimes it can really cause some extra anxiety for my bg so I'd love some tips if you have any.

You can share things you've tried for your sensory issues even if it's not related to food.
